The Ideal Candidate
As a media buyer, you will manage, grow and optimise our relationships with high-impact publishers, portals and large traffic networks. Your goal is to secure quality inventory, negotiate competitive deals, monitor performance and ensure smooth execution of campaigns. The role involves a blend of commercial negotiation, relationship management and ad ops.
What you will be doing
Identify, negotiate, and manage deals with major publishers, traffic vendors, comparison sites, review portals, and iGaming media networks.
Build strong commercial relationships and maintain ongoing communication with partners.
Evaluate publisher offers, placements, and traffic quality to ensure strong ROI.
Set up and maintain campaign placements with publishers, including: trafficking creatives, providing and ensuring tracking works, ensuring correct tagging and campaign configuration
Monitor delivery and act quickly to resolve pacing, tracking and placement issues
Coordinate with internal creative and analytics teams to request/ update assets or tracking
Assist the Head of Digital and wider team with overflow tasks such as campaign QA, partner negotiations, reporting, and performance reviews
Step in to execute operational tasks during peak workload periods to maintain continuity and performance across the wider digital department
Provide structured updates, summaries, and insights to senior stakeholders when required, ensuring alignment across teams
Help maintain operational excellence by contributing to process documentation, workflow improvements, and new partner evaluation
Skills and Experience Required
Experience in media buying, commercial partnerships, affiliate management, or similar acquisition functions. (iGaming background is highly preferred.)
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage external vendor relationships.
Comfortable performing hands-on campaign setup (creatives + tracking links/ html creative tags) without relying on an ad-ops team.
Analytical mindset—able to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Familiarity with tracking platforms, UTMs & basic ad-ops concepts
Qualifications Required
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred: Google marketing platform training, IAB Digital media buying & planning certification, training or certification in mobile attribution platforms, courses or credentials in digital media operations, ad trafficking, or tracking & attribution
