The Ideal Candidate
The Programmatic and Display Manager is responsible for developing, executing and optimising programmatic and display campaigns across multiple brands and markets. This role focuses on performance-driven acquisition, branding and retention, as well as data-led optimisation to drive high-quality traffic, conversions and players.
What you will be doing
- Develop and execute the global programmatic and display strategy for all casino and sportsbook brands
- Plan campaigns across prospecting, retargeting, and retention funnels based on performance goals (CPA, ROAS, FTDs, LTV)
- Identify audience opportunities using first-, second- and third-party data
- Manage budget allocation and forecasting across DSPs markets & channels
- Set up, monitor and optimise campaign in multiple DSPs including, but not exclusive to, Quantcast, AdForm, Beeswax & The trade Desk
- Deploy a full range of formats: display, video, native, rich media, audio, CTV in-app
- Work closely with creative teams to brief, test and optimise assets
- Collaborate with BI teams to ensure accurate attribution modelling and reporting
- Track and optimise to achieve KPIs related to acquisition, engagement, and ROI using analytics platforms
- Work alongside SEO, CRM, affiliates, Sportsbook, Casino and PR teams to align growth strategies
- Provide guidance on programmatic best practices and new opportunities across the business.
Skills and Experience Required
- 3 - 5+ years’ experience in programmatic or display advertising, ideally within the iGaming industry.
- Hands-on experience with major DSPs (Adform, Quantcast, The Trade Desk, etc.)
- Strong understanding of player acquisition metrics (FTD, ARPU, LTV).
- Proven ability to manage large budgets and multiple markets
- Excellent analytical and optimisation skills; proficiency with tools like GA4, Power Bi, Voluum, Tableau, or Looker studio
- Familiarity with compliance requirements for regulated gambling markets
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications Required
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Preferred: Adform Programmatic Certifications, IAB Programmatic Trader Certification
