The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a Sportsbook Marketing Manager to join our team! If you live and breathe sports, know your way around a marketing campaign and love working in a fast paced environment this might be the role for you. You will be our go-to sports marketing person, working closely with teams like CRM, Design, Content and Affiliates to make sure our sports offering stands out in the market.
What you will be doing
Strategic Planning & Brand Positioning: You will develop and own our long-term sports marketing strategy — from defining how we position ourselves in the sports betting landscape and establishing a clear risk profile, to making sure we stand out from the competition.
Global Sports Calendar Management: You will create and own our Global Sports Calendar, making sure the whole business is on the same page when it comes to major sporting events, seasonal peaks and local opportunities.
Project Leadership: You will take the lead on big sports marketing projects like the World Cup — from the first idea all the way through to execution and post-campaign analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will be the sports expert in the room. Whether it is CRM, Affiliates, Content or Design — you make sure everyone is aligned and campaigns land the way they should.
Data-Driven Optimisation & A/B Testing: You are not just creative — you back it up with data. You will run A/B tests, dig into results and use what you find to keep improving our campaigns.
KPI Management & Reporting: You will own the sports marketing KPIs, keep track of performance and report back to the Head of Sportsbook with clear insights and recommendations. This includes making sure we get maximum ROI on our sports investments such as streaming and F2P games.
Stakeholder Support: You will support internal teams on anything sports-related — whether it is CRM, Design or Content — and make sure the Sportsbook always has a strong voice across the business.
Skills and Experience Required
At least 3 years of experience in iGaming, ideally in sportsbook marketing, campaign management or something similar,
You know the sports betting landscape and get excited about major sporting events.
You have managed large-scale marketing campaigns end-to-end and have the results to show for it.
You are analytical, data-driven and comfortable making decisions based on numbers.
You are a strong communicator who can work with different teams without losing momentum.
You are organised, can handle multiple projects at once and do not need to be micromanaged.
Experience with Google Analytics, Jira or similar tools is a plus.
Hands-on experience with global sports events like the World Cup or Champions League is a big plus.
