Reporting to the Head of Product Delivery, the Product Delivery Manager is responsible for driving the day-to-day execution of the Superbrand delivery team. Partnering with the Head of Superbrand Product, this role ensures that the strategic roadmap is translated into clear, prioritised, and actionable work for the team, and that delivery meets the highest standards of quality, reliability, and business impact.
You will coordinate across product, development, QA, and stakeholder groups to maintain alignment, manage dependencies, and ensure the team is on track to meet OKRs and business objectives. You are the owner of daily product operations — from backlog grooming and user story definition to release readiness and delivery quality.

What you will be doing
- Own the day-to-day delivery operations for the Superbrand product team, ensuring smooth execution and alignment to roadmap priorities.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable tasks, user stories, and sprint deliverables in collaboration with product and technical leads.
- Manage workload and prioritisation across product and development to balance delivery speed, quality, and impact.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure expectations are met.
- Ensure delivery quality and reliability — driving QA readiness, release validation, and post-release monitoring.
- Track and report on OKRs, ensuring progress is visible and delivery remains aligned with business goals.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, reviews, retros) to keep the team organised and accountable.
- Proactively remove blockers by coordinating with internal teams and escalating when necessary.
- Maintain strong collaboration with the Head of Superbrand Product to ensure day-to-day decisions support long-term strategy.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management, product delivery, or related roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams (development, design, QA, marketing, compliance, etc.).
- Strong track record in managing backlogs, prioritising work, and delivering to deadlines.
- Experience in casino, iGaming, or other high-availability consumer platforms is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and related delivery processes.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic vision into actionable tasks for a development team.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent product/delivery tracking tools.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate competing priorities.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release management processes.
- Experience tracking and delivering against KPIs/OKRs.
